Essential Responsibilities
- Loss Prevention: Utilize advanced closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and physical floor patrols to identify, observe, and legally deter incidents of external theft or retail fraud.
- Safety Auditing: Execute the demanding logistics of facility safety. You will frequently inspect fire exits, ensure hazardous materials are stored correctly, and address any physical tripping hazards to protect customers and staff.
- Internal Integrity: Act as the ethical standard-bearer of the store. You will monitor operational compliance at the cash registers and receiving docks to identify and mitigate internal inventory shrinkage.
- De-escalation & Partnership: When necessary, gracefully and professionally de-escalate tense situations on the sales floor, working closely with store management and local law enforcement in a highly compliant manner.
