Technical Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Execute rigorous, scheduled preventative maintenance on automated conveyor systems, hydraulic lifts, dock doors, and pneumatic sorting machinery to prevent unexpected downtime.
• Electro-Mechanical Diagnostics: Respond rapidly to equipment failures on the warehouse floor. You will troubleshoot complex 3-phase electrical systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and logic controllers to identify root causes.
• Facility Upkeep: Ensure the overall physical infrastructure of the Distribution Center remains safe and operational, including basic HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairs.
• Safety & Lockout/Tagout: Maintain absolute, uncompromising adherence to all OSHA safety standards, specifically flawlessly executing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before servicing any industrial equipment.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A strong background in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or a related technical trade is required. You must possess the ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints. The physical ability to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and lift up to 50 pounds is mandatory.
